Returns/Replacements

Damaged merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be replaced immediately or refunded entirely. Please call 866-784-4246 for a return number and shipping instructions.

Large Volume Discount

Convergence offers a 20% discount on qualified orders of 10 or more DVDs. The discount will automatically be applied at checkout. You may also 866-784-4246 to order a large quantity.

Shipping Policy

Choose your shipping method when you check out online or by phone. Orders of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 24 hours.  Orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail will have tracking numbers supplied in your shipping confirmation email.
